Pure Syrah grapes, grown on ancient terraced vineyards supported by dry-stone walls overlooking the sea of the Costa Viola in Bagnara Calabra, at 400 meters above sea level, where the sea breeze meets the slopes of the Aspromonte, enhancing aromas and salinity.

Artisanal care with limited production of about 1.5 kg per vine; manual harvesting and careful selection of the bunches; extended maceration; maturation exclusively in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s original aromas.

Serve at 18°C.
